the place was wonderful! and the walk to the beach was amazing. not too far at all. michael always responded. when we had a problem he would fix it right away.

Great place with an excellent view of both the ocean and the lagoon. Quiet neighborhood only minutes walk from the beach and all the shops and food are just minutes away by car. We would absolutely stay again.

This was the perfect getaway for a moms’ trip. The home is warm, cozy, and inviting, and the living room was such a fun spot to sit around together, sip wine, and actually relax without distractions. It felt comfortable yet elevated—exactly what we needed for a break.
The location truly can’t be beat. You’re close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy everything without much planning or driving. We’re already talking about coming back in the summer to enjoy both the pool and the beach—what a perfect combo. This place made our trip special, and we can’t wait to return.

This place was absolutely perfect for a friend's trip. The location is unbeatable—you can walk to Bahia, the beach bars, restaurants, and the boardwalk, so we barely needed to get in the car at all. Being able to bounce between the beach, drinks, and food without worrying about driving was a huge win. The home itself is beautifully remodeled and feels upscale and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax and hang out together. It truly offers the best of Atlantic Beach, and we’d book it again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and even more charming in person. Every detail felt thoughtful and welcoming, which made it so easy to relax and enjoy our time.
The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, quick to answer questions and provide recommendations. You can truly tell they care about their guests’ experience.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept place with an amazing host!

The pup and I needed a quick getaway after being cooped up from the ice storm and this spot was perfect!! It was a last-minute booking and Michael was super responsive and helpful. The house is just adorable and so cozy! The location is absolutely perfect… The pup and I went for a walk on the beach then down to the AB town park which was way bigger and nicer than I thought it would be with soo much to do! There were some really cute spots to eat but given its January, a lot was closed so I wound up walking like 5min away to a bite at the box which was sooo yummy that I went for both breakfast and dinner w/ a lil cocktail! I’ll definitely be booking again in the warmer months and bring some family along! Can’t wait 😎☀️!!!

The home was perfect for our unexpected stay—comfortable, well-stocked, and conveniently located with easy access to local spots whether walking or driving. The décor made it feel welcoming and cozy, and both the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Grandparents, parents and two little girls had a great long weekend here. Lovely house, well equipped, comfortable beds, beautiful views, easy access to the beach and house toys and beach toys for the little ones.

A very lovely home and perfect for our group of 6 women! Peaceful area, and I highly recommend the top deck as the perfect way to begin your day watching the sunrise while enjoying your morning coffee.

We really enjoyed our stay at AB Sea Retreat! Michael was very communicative and made everything easy from start to finish. The home had all the essentials to get us started, though if you’re planning a longer stay, it’s a good idea to bring along extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
The space was very kid-friendly, which we appreciated — plenty of toys, baby gates on the stairs, and even sand toys and toddler chairs that our 16-month-old loved! The quick walk to the beach and the beautiful view from the balcony were perfect touches.
We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again soon!
